We received this letter in the mail (old-fashioned snail mail!) a while back and wanted to share it with you all today.  This review is special for a couple of reasons:

  1. Diane (the student) took the time to type up this review and mail it too us.  It’s not everyday you receive a letter in the mail with such great thought behind it.
  2. 3 students signed this letter.  It’s always great to hear positive feedback from our students, but when we have 3 people sign one letter it’s very special.

Check out the letter below:

I am a former truck driving school student of C1 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. I am writing this letter to express my appreciation and gratitude for the trainers I was assigned during my training there. I only know them as Wayne and Dave, I do not know their last names.

I worked with Wayne for my pad instructor. Wayne worked tirelessly with me. He was always teaching with kindness and patience and never let me give up. I will never have the words to accurately describe the miracle he performed and I could never say enough great things about him. I worked with Dave for my driving instructor. Dave always made the students feel comfortable regardless of their current abilities. He always treated us with respect and kindness.

I would like to say that my experience at C1 was unique and I was treated special, but that would not do the work they do justice. I know that all of their students have the same great experience. I was telling my other classmates about this letter and they insisted I add their names too.

At one point, I was released from C1 because I lost my corporate sponsorship. I returned on a workforce scholarship because of the fabulous instructors. Wayne showed me how to turn this failure into an achievement. Because of Wayne and Dave’s instruction and professionalism, I had a positive and memorable experience.

Every time one of Wayne’s students faces a challenge in a tractor trailer, they only have to ask themselves one question: WWWD? What Would Wayne Do?

Sincerely,

Diane Hice,
Brandan Norvell,
Forale Clark

Diane, Brandan, and Forale,

Thank you for taking the time to write a letter to the staff of C1 Little Rock! It’s always nice when groups of students acknowledge the hard work we put into our school here in Arkansas. We always love hearing our students and  take the time to read every review we receive.  Good luck with your new careers Diane, Brandan, and Forale, and be sure to keep in touch!
