You may have seen posts from them on the truck driving blog, but who exactly are the directors of each C1 Truck Driver Training campus? Today, I’m going to take a minute and introduce you to each of them! Keep reading for a summary of each truck driving school director as well as links to each campus, helpful blog posts from each of our directors, and grad reviews from past C1 students!

C1 Truck Driver Training director Rich CampbellRich Campbell is the C1 Springfield truck driving school director. He has been working with C1 for over a year and brings many skills to the table, including his attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects at once. Rich was born into the trucking industry – his father started his truck driving career in the 1960s. Rich spent 20 years in the Navy before deciding to to get back into the trucking industry. He spent several years in a truck driving job on the road as a company driver before joining the C1 team. Learn more about Rich and C1 Springfield at the following links:

C1 Truck Driver Training director Norman SheffieldNorman Sheffield is the C1 Fort Worth truck driver school director. He’s been with C1 for over ten years now. Norman spent several years in construction and real estate before deciding to begin a career in the truck driving industry. He drove over the road for 3 years and has also worked in student orientation and recruiting. He brings many years of organizational and management experience to C1. C1 Truck Driver Training director Tami SimpsonTami Simpson is the C1 Little Rock truck driving school director. She’s been with C1 for over four years. Tami began her career with C1 as a driver recruiter before later moving into the school director position. Tami is motivated, enthusiastic, and truly dedicated to the success of her trucking school students. Learn more about Tami and C1 Little Rock at the following links:

C1 Truck Driver Training director John TriplettJohn Triplett is currently the truck driving school director of both of our Indiana campuses – Fort Wayne and Indianapolis. John spent 20 years in the Navy before retiring in 2000 to pursue a truck driving career. John is our only director who attended the C1 program himself prior to his first truck driving job! John drove for PAM Transport for a few years before becoming a driver trainer with them. He then returned to C1 as a lead trainer and later was promoted to trucking school director.
